We focus on practical outcomes: better-matched applications, transparent employer presence, and a professional community where clinicians can learn from peers without leaving the platform they already use to find work.

4. How we work

NurseMove is a technology platform. Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, we are not the employer of record for jobs posted on the site. Hiring decisions, screening, compensation, immigration sponsorship, and clinical onboarding remain between candidates and employers (or their authorized agencies).

We invest in product features that reduce friction: account creation (including Google sign-in), searchable jobs, messaging and applications where enabled, and community tools that stay oriented to professional use.

5. Trust and safety
