Step-by-step answers for healthcare professionals and employers. If you still need help, write [email protected] with your account email and a short description of the issue.
1. Getting started
Create an account with email
- Open Register.
- Enter your name and email, then choose Healthcare worker or Employer.
- Healthcare workers select a primary specialty. Employers enter an organization name.
- Create a password, accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, and submit.
Create an account with Google
On Sign in or Register, choose Continue with Google, select your Google account, then finish the onboarding form (role, specialty or organization, terms acceptance). Your Google email becomes your NurseMove login email.
After you join
- Complete your profile so employers can evaluate fit.
- Browse Jobs and save roles of interest.
- Healthcare workers can open Breakroom to connect with peers.
- Employers should finish organization details and wait for verification if posting is pending.
2. Account & sign-in
Forgot password
Use Forgot password. Enter the email on your account. Open the reset link from your inbox (check spam). Choose a new password and sign in. Google-only users can continue using Google sign-in instead of resetting a password.
Linking Google to an existing account
If you already registered with email/password and later use Google with the same email address, NurseMove links Google to that existing account so you do not create a duplicate.
Change basic account details
After signing in, open your profile or account settings from the navigation menu. Keep your email reachable—application updates and security messages go there.
Inactive or locked accounts
Accounts may be deactivated for policy or safety reasons. If sign-in reports an inactive account, contact support. Do not create a second account to bypass a restriction.
3. Jobs & applications
Search and filters
Go to Jobs. Use keywords (specialty, city, facility type) and available filters. Open a listing to read responsibilities, requirements, and application instructions.
Applying on NurseMove
Some roles accept applications on the platform. Submit accurate materials and only documents you have rights to share. Track progress from your applications area when it is available for your account type.
External apply links
Other roles send you to an employer or agency website. Complete their process there. Those sites have separate privacy policies and account systems. NurseMove does not control their forms or response times.
Saved jobs
Save listings you want to revisit. Saved jobs are a personal shortlist—they do not notify the employer until you apply.
No employer response
Hiring timelines vary widely. If a listing includes a contact path, a polite follow-up is appropriate. NurseMove cannot force an employer to reply or hire.
4. Breakroom
Breakroom is the professional community for healthcare workers on NurseMove: feeds, connections, groups, and related activity. Use it to learn from peers and stay visible in your specialty.
Posting and commenting
- Keep content professional and respectful.
- Do not share patient identifiers or confidential clinical details.
- Do not post scams, spam, or discriminatory content.
Connections and follows
Send connection requests to people you know or want to collaborate with professionally. Follow accounts for public updates. You can usually withdraw pending requests or remove connections later from profile or network tools.
Groups
Public groups may allow join immediately. Private groups may require approval. Follow each group’s purpose and keep discussions on-topic.
Reporting problems
Report harassment, impersonation, or suspicious recruiting to [email protected] with links or screenshots when possible.
5. For employers
Verification
New employer organizations may remain pending until reviewed. Verification reduces fraudulent postings and protects candidates. Provide accurate company details to speed review.
Posting and managing jobs
Create listings that are lawful, specific, and current. Update requirements when they change. Close roles that are filled or cancelled so candidates are not misled.
Applicants and messages
Use your employer tools to review applicants submitted on NurseMove. Handle candidate data carefully and only for recruiting purposes. Reply when you can—silence damages your employer brand.
Team access
If multiple recruiters need access, contact support to discuss account structure rather than sharing a single password.
6. Privacy & security
- Read the Privacy Policy, Terms, and Cookie Policy.
- Use a unique password for email/password accounts.
- Sign out on shared or public devices.
- Be cautious of anyone asking you to pay for a guaranteed job.
- Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion): [email protected].
