New Graduate RN Sponsorship via OPT (EB-3) – Kansas City

HCA Midwest Health is hiring new-graduate RNs in Kansas City with EB-3 sponsorship for F-1 students only. Applicants must already live in the United States, hold a U.S. BSN, and be an August, September, or December 2026 graduate with OPT that can start near graduation. May 2026 and earlier cohorts are closed. Sponsored units are Med-Surg, cardiac, telemetry, ortho, rehab, psych, transplant, oncology, and step-down — not ICU, ED, women’s, OR, NICU, or pediatrics. $5,000 relocation bonus if you live more than 50 miles away.
