About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for state licensure.
Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN examination.
Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Ability to work day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
Authorization to work in the United States or eligibility for employer-sponsored work visa.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for state licensure.
