New week, new step forward. Here's what's happening at NurseMove.
BREAKROOM THIS WEEK

- Sunday Reset: what's your ONE goal this week? https://nursemove.com/news/155
NCLEX TIP: IV POTASSIUM
K+ 3.1, KCl 20 mEq IV ordered. Give it diluted on an infusion pump, no faster than about 10 mEq/hr peripherally (follow facility protocol). Never push, never IM, always pump. Check urine output first and watch the IV site. Full rationale: https://nursemove.com/news/156

Re-check the employer's page before applying.
VISA UPDATE: NOVEMBER IS A "DATES FOR FILING" MONTH
USCIS says employment-based I-485s this month use the Dates for Filing chart. EB-3 can file if your priority date is before: Aug 1, 2024 (most countries and Mexico), Jan 1, 2024 (Philippines), Apr 1, 2024 (China), Jan 15, 2015 (India). Approval still follows final action dates, but filing can make you eligible for an EAD while you wait.
